The owner of the company, Gokhan Ceterez, is a Materials Engineer and his area of expertise is composite materials and manufacturing methods. The company is producing a totally unique design new-generation folding electric bikes with carbon composite frames and carbon rims. The aim of the new design is not to be ultra-light as race bikes, but it is to be as light as possible with a reasonable price.

The bicycle is developed in Türkiye and with star-up visa, the owner of the product started a micro-production facility in Eindhoven, with a capacity of 2 bikes per week. The company also has another product and brand for electric kick scooters, again with full carbon fiber body and carbon fiber wheels.

The testing and certification stages of the bicycle are in progress. The bicycles will have their world premier at Eurobike 2025, Frankfurt.
