After being a private company for almost a decade, the LEVA-EU member recently submitted an S-1 filing with the SEC, where it disclosed its 2025 revenue being $886.7M (an increase of 29%) and will be listed on Nasdaq.
The shared micromobility company has spent almost 10 years as a private company; during this time it survived the first dockless scooter wave which led to a lot of companies going bankrupt, and restructured itself in 2020.
On May 7 2026, the legal entity behind Lime, Neutron Holdings, Inc., filed a S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
It will listed under the ticker LIME on Nasdaq, with its offering being led by Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, and Jefferies.
The filing represents the most public view of Lime to date, with the reporting of the company accumulating $886m (€763.5 million) in revenue in 2025, generating over $100m in free cash flow (more than x2 the amount of 2024) and grew its Adjusted EBITDA by 42% on the year.
In terms of its shared micromobility vehicles, Lime has reported:
- 19 million riders in 230 cities and 29 countries
- Each vehicle pays for itself in approximately 12 months
