The LEVA-EU member has announced that more neighbourhoods can access its e-scooters, after reaching a milestone of 1 million trips in the Canadian city. Meanwhile, in Lucca, Italy, its e-bikes participated in the annual Verdemura event, celebrating flora and green living.
Lime announced that since September 2025, it has been able to roll out its e-scooter service in the Fairview, Granville Island, Mount Pleasant, Kensington-Cedar Cottage and Renfrew Collingwood areas of Vancouver.
The shared mobility operator states that the new service operation in the listed regions will optimise connections between downtown and surrounding communities, as it increases access to some of the most vibrant cultural and commercial attractions in Vancouver.
The latest news comes after Lime announced that since its launch in Vancouver in 2024, riders have taken over 1 million trips on its e-scooters.
Lime participates in Verdemura
After the recent arrival of the company’s e-bike sharing service in the Italian city of Lucca, it was proud to be the mobility partner of its annual spring event, which transforms its city walls into a large open-air garden to celebrate plants, flowers and green living.
Joining over 160 exhibitors, Lime had a dedicated booth at the event to educate the community about how easy it is to start using its e-bikes. It also joined forces with sustainable flower farm Bloom and Be Love, to fill the baskets of its bikes with fresh flower bouquets as a gift for users who select Lime for transporting them around the city.

The company said its participation in Verdemura reflects its efforts to accelerate the creation of more liveable, breathable urban spaces by supporting greener cities and better-connected communities through its shared mobility services.
