LEVA-EU is pleased to announce that Arman Le Berre-Nouri has joined the team as Policy Officer. Based in France, Arman will support LEVA-EU’s work on European policy and regulatory issues affecting the light electric vehicle (LEV) sector.

An urbanist and political scientist by training, Arman specialises in the sustainable transformation of the transport sector. In 2024–2025, he led an academic research project examining the development of LEVs in France and Germany. Since then, he has advised and supported a range of initiatives across the sector on strategy and advocacy.

He brings working knowledge of French, German and English to the role, strengthening LEVA-EU’s capacity to engage with stakeholders and decision-makers across Europe.
