Technical customer service employee – 1st level support (f/m/d) – permanent
Your tasks:

• First point of contact for technical service requests from our customers Receiving and creating service tickets
• Processing of technical customer complaints
• Error analysis and troubleshooting support
• Contribute to the optimization of service processes and quality Support with customer training
• Representative of our brand
  Your profile:
• Completed technical or commercial training Experience in or related to technical customer service Ideally specialist knowledge in the bicycle/eBike market
• Strong communication skills and high customer orientation High analytical and problem-solving orientation

• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Fluent German, good English skills desirable
