ABOUT THE ROLE:

The purpose of this position is to support our customers by providing them with an excellent service experience. You will use your vehicle expertise to assist in assuring that our customers get the highest level of care as members of the Super73 community. As the main point of contact, you’ll ensure that all technical questions are answered, and all avenues explored to find resolutions to any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starting individual with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and strong organizational capabilities.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guide them through the intake process.
  • Ensure customer and bike information is accurately entered and maintained in the. service log.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and technicians,
  • Keep the service board up to date with accurate statuses and progress notes.
  • Track service work from intake to completion.
  • Create service estimates based on technician input (labor, parts, materials).
  • Invoice customers and manage approvals or changes during the service process.
  • Respond to customer communications throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Follow up on completed service and schedule customer pickups.
  • Use tools including: NetSuite, Shopify, Slack, Email, Zendesk, and JotForm.
  • Assist customers in the loading and unloading of their vehicles.
  • Warehouse duties as needed.
  • Hands on bike repair as needed.
  • Maintain a calm and helpful tone in all customer interactions, regardless of the situation

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow directions and procedures with self-motivation to work unsupervised
  • Must have great attention to detail.
  • Computer and point-of-sale proficiency
  • Be considerate of team performance while maintaining clear communication.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Technical bicycle knowledge is preferred.

COMPENSATION:

The range in CA for this role is $20-25 hourly and represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
