The function

All colleagues of the service and aftersales team have only 1 goal in mind and that is to let the user use his or her bike again as soon as possible. A Van Raam bike is not just a bike but for many the only means of transport that is available to them. A form of freedom and independence.

Your duties will include:

• Provide technical support to both our national and international bicycle dealers
• Consult with engineers on complex issues
• Contact our carriers to make collection orders
• Identifying bicycle problems and reporting them to the right place in the organization
• Point of contact for our sales account managers
