Quality and Compliance Specialist

Cleantron develops and produces Lithium-ion batteries in Nieuw-Vennep. Our batteries are used in many different applications such as E-Bikes, e-scooters, e-boats, construction machinery and all kinds of industrial equipment. We aim to deliver world class products and services, to achieve this Cleantron has a focus on continuous improvement of product design and manufacturing processes. This all starts with having the right Quality Management procedures in place.

Responsibilities

Electrification is the future. Cleantron is developing and producing a lot of new products and as we speak new regulations are being implemented on national and European level (New Battery Directive and PGS-37). We are looking for someone who can help us in raising the bar of our quality management system as well as keep up to date on new regulations. You will also have operational tasks in the warranty process, where you will be the interface between operators, engineering and the customer.

• Maintaining compliance of the organisation and products
• Maintain the Cleantron QMS
• Prepare and conduct internal and supplier audits
• Keep track of the warranty process
• Lead improvement projects
• Follow up of quality assurance actions and non-conformities

Education and experience

• Keywords: Willing to learn, Problem solving, Ownership
• HBO or MBO+ with relevant work experience in a technical environment
• English language and Dutch is strongly preferred
• ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (Preferred)
• (Product) compliance
