Pivot Cycles is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market execution for Pivot’s global product line. This role bridges the gap between product development, brand, and sales by crafting positioning and messaging that make complex innovations clear, compelling, and relevant to consumers. The Product Marketing Manager will own product launch strategies, collaborate with creative and EU marketing teams, and ensure Pivot’s products stand out in a competitive global market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for all new product launches, ensuring alignment across brand, creative, and international sales teams.
  • Develop clear product positioning and messaging that translate technical details into compelling consumer benefits.
  • Supervise and mentor marketing team members, providing leadership, coaching, and support in their professional development.
  • Partner with Head of Creative and Head of Brand Strategy & Marketing to produce launch assets (video, photography, copy, print, digital) that communicate product value.
  • Collaborate with EU Marketing Manager to tailor campaigns for regional markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support sales team with product marketing collateral, training tools, and dealer resources.
  • Lead product lifecycle marketing, from early teasers to long-term promotion and sell-through support.
  • Conduct market analysis, track competitor launches and gather consumer insights to inform strategy.
  • Partner with Athlete and PR programs to amplify product storytelling through influential voices.
  • Manage launch timelines, budgets, and cross-functional communication.
  • Responsible for domestic marketing budget, as it relates directly to product launches and in-line product promotion.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in the cycling industry.
  • Proven record of successful product launches with measurable results.
  • Ability to simplify technical product attributes into compelling consumer-facing stories.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills across teams and geographies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong storytelling ability.
  • Passion for cycling and outdoor culture is essential.
  • Highly skilled user of the following technologies:
  • Office 365
  • Monday.com or other PM software
  • Hubspot
  • Google Analytics
  • Diverse social media platforms
  • Shopify ecosystem (preferred, but not required)
