Promovec is a Danish company who designs, develops, produces, and sells e-kits and sustainable e-bikes to the international market. Promovec has a long history within the e-bike industry and latest we achieved a Gold Award at EUROBIKE 2021.

With our focus on delivering sustainable e-bikes for the future, we need the right person to ensure our continued growth – within the EU/UK.

As OEM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and enhancing sales activities in EU and UK to strategic brand owners, factories, and other OEM’s – matching our overall sales strategy
  • Developing a strong relationship with our customers to ensure profitability and long-term relationships especially with Product Managers and key stakeholders
  • Leading negotiations with different types of clients, and optimize and create value through follow up with existing customers

You will report to our COO and work closely with our International Sales Director and sales department located in Denmark. You will be working remotely with monthly visits to our HQ in Denmark. Depending on how the sales organization develop, there will be an opportunity to advance to Sales Director.

STRONG COMMERCIAL MINDSET
We are looking for a candidate with a strong commercial mindset, and a good technical know-how. You must have minimum 5 years of experience within the European bicycle industry preferable with e-bikes, where your network can cater your success.

You are a strong relationship builder and can ensure the sale of e-kits and e-bikes sale in different countries and cultures, so that you can turn contacts into contracts. Therefore, you need to be skilled in contract negotiation and selling to OEM’s and have experience with creating and executing a successful and strategical plan within sales.

As you will be responsible for our sales mainly in Europe, you can expect around 80 days of travelling including monthly visits to Denmark. You must be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, and it will be an advantage if you speak and write German, Dutch, French and/or Italian.
