We are a young and dynamic family business in the field of Stromer bikes and e-scooters. We are now looking for an experienced and committed master bicycle mechanic who would like to take over our existing workshop and continue to develop and manage it. We look forward to getting to know you.

Your tasks

Workshop

• Inspection and repair
• Bike Fitting
• Mounting accessories
• Construction and final check

You will take over the workshop area and be responsible for customer inspections and repairs of Stromer bikes. These can be simple tasks such as changing a tire, but also electronic problems with the drive or support.

Sale

• Customer service
• Shop
• Technical support
• Appointments with customers

You advise our customers from the purchase decision of a Stromer bike to the creation of the invoice. As the contact person for all questions, you provide technical support by email or telephone. 

Office

• Process orders
• Incoming goods inspection
• Warehousing
• Complaints and guarantee

Administrative tasks include ordering spare parts and checking incoming goods. You handle warranty cases or complaints and communicate with customers or suppliers.

• Training as a master bicycle mechanic, bicycle mechanic, motor vehicle mechanic-mechatronics engineer or a comparable technical training. But a technician with practical experience who is willing to continue his training is also a good fit for us.
• You understand the importance of working with homologated products
• You have good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
• You are an open and communicative personality
• You are characterized by a high level of customer and service orientation
• Knowledge of German, both written and spoken
