Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and commercial team across the Nordics, Italy, and the UK.
  • Define and implement tailored growth strategies for each market, aligned with the company’s vision.
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and headquarters to achieve international growth targets.
  • Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners, including contract negotiations and sales support.
  • Oversee product portfolio management, marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction initiatives across the international markets.
  • Ensure legal compliance, financial forecasting, budget control, and cost-effective commercial activities in multiple regions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of proven experience in building and leading customer-focused organizations across multiple countries.
  • Strong sales expertise with a track record of driving revenue growth internationally.
  • Hands-on, results-driven leadership style with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
  • Broad experience across sales, account management, marketing, customer success, and business development.
  • Skilled in building organizational structures during growth phases.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English (knowledge of Nordic languages, Italian, or Dutch is a plus).
  • International exposure and cultural understanding of the Nordics, Italian, and UK markets.
  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in the bicycle industry is not required, but enthusiasm for the field is highly valued.
