And we’re looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager who wants to grow with us.

Who we are

Cleantron develops and produces Lithium-ion batteries in Nieuw-Vennep. Our batteries are used in many different applications such as e-Bikes, Micro-cars, Construction Equipment and other types of Industrial Equipment.

We aim to deliver world-class products and services. To achieve this, we focus on continuous improvement of product design and manufacturing processes. This all starts with having the right Quality Management procedures in place.

What you’ll do

As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and further developing the Quality Management System (ISO9001 and core tools from IATF16949) as well as keeping the company up-to-date with the latest regulations. The role is weighted approximately 80% on Quality Assurance and 20% on compliance-related activities.

You will be reporting to the COO and you will be working on the following tasks:

• Maintain and improve the Cleantron QMS (ISO 9001)
• Develop and implement core tools such as control plans and FMEA’s
• Prepare and conduct internal and supplier audits
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints
• Monitor and report on quality KPI’s and prepare the management review

What you bring

• Bachelor or Master (HBO or WO) in a relevant field with additional work experience
• English is our company language, but strong proficiency in Dutch is preferred for this role
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949 is an advantage
• 3+ years’ experience in a technical or industrial production environment

• If you already have management experience but less exposure to advanced QA tools (e.g., control plans, FMEA), you will have the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise in a state-of-the-art production environment.
