Your role

As head of financial administration you are responsible for the direct management of the financial administration. This includes:

• Ensuring the reliability of the financial administration(s)
• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable administration
• Preparing VAT returns and related declarations
• A proactive role in the optimization and modernization of administrative processes with a strong focus on automation and digitalization
• Taking the initiative to improve administrative processes and make them future-proof
• You are hands-on and able to fill gaps where necessary

You lead a team of four employees. You not only ensure the correct division of tasks, but also motivation, knowledge transfer and guidance. In addition, you actively participate in the daily activities.

Who are you…

• You have an HBO level of thinking and working and a diploma in a financial direction
• You have several years of relevant experience in a financial position
• Experience with an ERP package is a must, experience with Exact Globe is a plus
• You are ready for the next step in your career
• Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• You are proactive, pragmatic and independent
• You can maintain an overview in a dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
