About the job

Responsibilities:

-Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions;

-With the understanding of Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre;

-Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns;

-Strong sense of market competition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition.

-Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy.

-Using online/offline resource to increase mi.com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users.

-Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

-Strong understanding of e-commerce. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred.

-Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills. Ambition to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment.

-Project management skills

-Excellent communication skills

-Mandarin Speaking is a must
