Dynamic Vehicle Control Engineer, CIXI Poisy – Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (FRA)
Annecy, | R&D | Full-time | Starting ASAP
CIXI is an active mobility startup developing products ranging from the Vigoz -an active vehicle that can travel up to 120 km/h- to bicycles. We want to enable people to be active during their daily trips and reduce their environmental footprint.
By joining us as a Control Systems Engineer, you will be in charge of modeling subsystems, designing and validating control algorithms for the VIGOZ and the PERS.
Your Responsibilities
- Propose high-level vehicle dynamics requirements and translate them into specific requirements for areas under your responsibility: vehicle dynamics modeling and control.
- Plan and coordinate activities related to vehicle dynamics control: propose roadmaps, schedule releases, and specify necessary tests.
- Model vehicle subsystems, including propulsion and tires, among others.
- Develop control algorithms for targets such as the Vigoz’s tilting and steering systems.
- Enhance and secure existing control algorithms by implementing fault detection and identification (FDI) mechanisms.
- Validate that the control systems meet the required specifications through simulations and prototype testing.
Your Profile
- Software like MATLAB or Simulink is your playground for designing and optimizing the vehicle’s dynamic systems, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- You have successfully managed projects from start to finish, enabling you to model, develop, and validate complex algorithms with confidence.
- A strong command of linear analysis and controller design allows you to ensure system stability and performance.
- Your passion for challenges and continuous learning empowers you to innovate and collaborate on advanced technical projects.
At CIXI we value engagement, intellectual honesty, and kindness. We are currently a team
