Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Medewerker at Bafang E-Bike Drive Systems. The role will be based in Wijchen with the opportunity for some work from home. The Customer Support Medewerker will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, addressing technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
