The Role

As the Business Development Manager for Austria, you will represent vanRaam in this dynamic and varied market. Your main responsibility is to further expand and strengthen our customer network in the region. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a growing team across the DACH area and the regional country manager.

You will enjoy a high level of independence, using your analytical skills to understand market developments and anticipate customer needs. With your proactive approach and strong communication abilities, you recognize opportunities early on and know how to turn them into lasting partnerships. Although vanRaam is already active in Austria, the market still holds great potential and you will be key in driving that growth.

Your contribution goes beyond sales alone. By bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and a keen eye for opportunities, you actively support our regional growth strategy and help unlock new possibilities for both vanRaam and for your own professional development.

Who You Are

• You have at least three years of experience in a similar role
• You thrive in an independent role and take initiative rather than waiting for direction
• You have a passion for the bicycle industry
• You find it rewarding to help people regain mobility
• You are based in Austria
• You are fluent in both German and English
• You enjoy engaging with customers, giving product demonstrations, and creating enthusiasm about our bikes
• You are comfortable with traveling and working a flexible schedule
