The popular annual cargo bike event will once again take place in the Dutch city of Utrecht on 12-13 October for 2026. Following previous exhibitor feedback, it will include additional improvements to enhance its facilitation of business opportunities.

The ICBF will again be held at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht for attendees to share knowledge, discover new opportunities and discuss transformations in a compact, dynamic and focused event environment for improving the cargo bike industry.

The 2025 edition of the International Cargo Bike Fair (ICBF) was a great success, with the organisers reporting great enthusiasm and engagement from international visitors representing a wide range of markets, highlighting its importance as an essential meeting place for the industry in helping to develop cargo bikes as an essential urban transport solution.

Enhancements for 2026 event

At ICBF, multiple new elements were introduced, such as on-stage exhibitor pitches, representing the event’s stronger focus on professional visitors.

For 2026, exhibitor pitches will be featured more prominently within the programme and promoted more actively through ICBF social media. Additional improvements for exhibitors will include an enhanced test track, and a greater budget will be allocated for visitor acquisition to facilitate business connections more effectively.
