The LEVA-EU member gives key insight into its smart factory by inviting vlogger Gao Fei (Fernando) to explore its advanced operations of manufacturing high-volume battery systems with technical precision.

Greenway has proudly stated that its fully automated production lines achieve a consistent cycle time, which results in a new e-bike battery being manufactured every 24 seconds.

Greenway’s smart manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China, holds an advanced integrated approach to hardware and software engineering to meet global energy demands.

Greenway took vlogger Gao Fei (Fernando) through its factory tour, where he was given the opportunity to witness the following manufacturing processes:

• Automated production: with high-speed robotic integration, Greenway ensures maximum throughput and manufacturing consistency.
• The BMS “Heart”: Greenway’s intelligent Battery Management System delivers 24/7 monitoring, protecting against overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuits.
• Thorough safety validation and testing: Each unit is engineered to withstand extreme conditions, and is verified through nail penetration, fire retardant, and thermal spread protection testing.

Greenway emphasises that its prioritisation of parametric modelling and intelligent BMS technology ensures that all of its batteries deliver every kilowatt-hour safely and efficiently.
