The LEVA-EU member successfully exhibited its latest e-motorcycle battery systems, with many electric models on display across the halls being powered by its cutting-edge technology.

At the EICMA show in Milan, Italy from 4-9 November, Greenway demonstrated non-welded, high-energy packs, LFP packs built with its 34145 large cylindrical cells, swappable batteries, as well as wire-bonding technology which the brand says “redefines reliability and repairability in battery design”.

It listed the following notable highlights at its booth:

  • Off-road bike high-voltage packs
  • 34145 15Ah LFP cell platform – which boasts an ultra-stable, scalable design with safe chemistry
  • Non-welded pack architecture – safer, repairable, and easier to recycle
  • Wire-bonding technology – precision connectivity for automotive-grade durability
  • Battery Passport integration – transparency built in, fully compliant with EU regulations

The Greenway team guided visitors through its battery solutions for a range of riding scenarios:

  • DM636 “Energy Core” (97V 45Ah): Instant torque and extended range for extreme off-road performance.
  • DM528 & DM618: Proven durability for even the toughest terrains.
  • DM6361: Fully compliant and long-lasting solution for daily commuting.
  • DM611 Swappable Battery (72V 30Ah): Can be swapped in seconds, cloud-connected, multi-model compatible.
  • DM626: Lightweight power for agile rides in the city.
  • DM550 (21700 cells): Automotive-grade wire welding technology that provides peak safety and performance.
