The Drive to Zero trade show, taking place on 2–3 June 2026 in Paris, is positioning itself as a key European meeting point for stakeholders committed to decarbonising passenger and freight mobility.

In the context of an accelerated transition towards more frugal, energy-efficient, accessible and low-carbon mobility, the 2026 edition of Drive to Zero will place a strong focus on Ultra-Light Electric Vehicles (ULEVs) — including velomobiles and other lightweight electric solutions — which are increasingly recognised as a credible and scalable response to today’s mobility challenges.

Free Exhibition and Test Track for Velomobile Manufacturers

As part of this ambition, velomobile manufacturers are invited to participate free of charge, with the opportunity to:

  • Exhibit their vehicles at no cost, and
  • Offer test rides on a dedicated indoor test track within the exhibition.

This initiative is designed to lower barriers to participation while maximising visibility for innovative lightweight vehicle concepts.

Originally aimed at French manufacturers, this invitation is now being extended to European manufacturers, reflecting the strategic importance of building a strong European Ultra-Light Electric Vehicle ecosystem.

Why Participate in Drive to Zero 2026?

By taking part in Drive to Zero 2026, manufacturers will be able to:

  • Showcase their technologies and know-how to a qualified audience of:
    • companies and industrial partners,
    • local and regional authorities,
    • mobility operators and public decision-makers;
  • Engage directly with stakeholders shaping the future of low-carbon urban and peri-urban mobility;
  • Identify industrial, commercial and institutional partnership opportunities;
  • Contribute to forward-looking discussions on:
    • decarbonisation of transport,
    • energy and material efficiency,
    • affordability and accessibility of mobility solutions,
    • new use cases for lightweight electric vehicles.

A conference session dedicated to velomobiles and ultra-light electric vehicles is also under consideration as part of the programme.
