For the second year in a row, a Dutch pavilion will be created at Eurobike, allowing companies in the Netherlands’ mobility and cycling sector to present themselves together. Interested companies can register a wish to participate by 30 April.
The Dutch pavilion is a joint effort between the Dutch Cycling Embassy, Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland, Netherlands Business Support Office Frankfurt, and ROM Utrecht Region. The organisers state that the joint Dutch presence offers participants a professional base at a desirable central location within Eurobike, representing a good opportunity to present products and solutions to the show’s international business and public visitors.
Package details
Participants can enjoy a private presentation space of up to 2×2 metres, two exhibitor passes, and a presentation column featuring their company logo. They also have access to a shared lounge for meetings, and catering provision of coffee and water included.
Any company requiring extra space can book up to two further square metres, subject to availability. Any queries regarding specific space requirements such as product height can be addressed with the organisers in advance.
Consistent appearance
The pavilion will be designed centrally to present a consistent and recognisable Dutch appearance, therefore individual banners or displays are not allowed. The participating companies’ logos will be integrated into the pavilion’s overall design.
Interested companies can register to participate up to, and including, April 30, 2026.
