EEVC 2015 : 1st till 4th December in Brussels

The European Electric Vehicle Congress will taken place from 1st till 4th December in Brussels.

EEVC strengthens its position as global platform to foster exchange of views between the R&D, the industry, the authorities, end-users and the NGO’s actors, so to develop synergies in the field of eMobility.

As motivations and constraints are different for each of them, EEVC has the objective to help defining the most promising solutions for market introduction and take-off. This is made taking into account the research and development progresses, as well as the environmental and economic constraints.

Feedback from past and current experiences are also discussed and analysed so that best practices & best ways for a daily introduction of e-mobility could be identified.

The venue is always Brussels, so to ensure optimal connection with the representatives of the European Institutions that are considering Battery, Hybrid and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles to play an important role to lower atmospheric pollution and to reduce oil dependency.

Policy aspects, new mobility concepts, noise and health factors are also issues to be discussed.

The day prior the Congress, a EU Project day is organized to provide the audience with a complete overview of the different programs supported by the European Authorities (FP7, Horizon 2020, IEE, EUROSTAR, INTEREG, …) & related funded projects dealing with e-mobility, so to identify possible actions, overlaps, synergies and/or gaps.

This year, the day will be organized in clusters so to ensure homogeneity of the discussions as well as interactivity between the projects of the different programs.
