About the role

We are very curious to find a person who is results oriented, has attention to detail, and who is a “peoples person”. Team-work is important to you and you can identify with the journey that Cake is on. Our ambitions are high so we need a person who likes to be in a company at its early stage. 

Being a start-up, it is good if you are a jack of many trades and we see that as the company grows, so will you. Incorporated in this role will be office manager duties as well as coordinating and organizing our recruitment processes as well as ownership and coordination for our collective IT-landscape (G-suite predominantly) together with external partners. We are looking for someone who has worked for a couple of years, has an academic background and that has high ambitions to grow with the company. 

You will be reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer who oversees Finance, HR, Legal and IT.

You are responsible for
  • The coordination of recruitment, from ad to signed contract in coordination with the HR manager as well as with the recruiting managers
  • Taking care of the office on a daily basis, office manager duties and making sure that the working environment is great. Examples being buying equipment and material for the office, making sure that things are organized, receiving deliveries etc.
  • Managing internal IT such as software and hardware suggestions and purchases of them
  • Organization and preparation of internal events
You have experience in
  • People management in a professional environment
  • Working in softwares such as excel and powerpoint (or the G-suite equivalents)
  • Events / Project management
Background/skills
  • Fluent in English. Swedish and other languages are a plus
  • It is a big plus if you are good with IT
  • You have worked at a startup or other fast paced environment / have the desire to work at a startup
